SparkCut respects your privacy. All video and photo editing, screen recording, facecam capture, and AI processing (such as auto captions) are performed entirely on your device. We do not upload, process, or store your media files on any external server.
We collect minimal, anonymized data solely to improve the App experience:

SparkCut integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Google's advertising partners may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
SparkCut displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads may use your device's Advertising ID to deliver relevant content. The Advertising ID is a resettable identifier and does not expose personal information.
SparkCut also uses the TikTok Business SDK (TikTok Pte. Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. When you install the App or start a subscription, an anonymous app event together with your resettable Advertising ID may be shared with TikTok for conversion attribution and measurement. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, SparkCut shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before any ads are requested, and marketing measurement events are only shared where permitted by your consent. You can change your choice at any time; non-personalized ads are available if you decline.
We comply with Google's Advertising Policies and Privacy Policy.
SparkCut offers an optional subscription (SparkCut Pro) with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment card details.
To activate and manage your subscription, purchase receipts are validated by RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and Google Play purchase tokens. No name, email, or payment information is shared with RevenueCat. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
When a subscription is purchased, an anonymous purchase event may also be sent to the TikTok Business SDK for marketing attribution as described in Section 5. This event contains no name, email, or payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
All your projects, exports, and media remain stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your device storage. Analytics data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to Firebase servers.
When you uninstall SparkCut, all local app data is permanently removed from your device.
You have full control over data collection:
SparkCut is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove such information.
Anonymous analytics, crash, and marketing-attribution data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using SparkCut, you consent to this transfer. All transfers are conducted securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through App updates. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of SparkCut constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
