By downloading, installing or using ReMemory AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use ReMemory. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReMemory for your own study, subject to these terms.
You own the notes, solutions, drawings and recordings you make in ReMemory. We claim no rights over them, and they stay on your device unless you export or share them, or turn on the optional Google Drive backup, which keeps a copy in your own Google Drive.
Questions you photograph often come from textbooks, question banks or past papers that belong to someone else. Keeping a photo for your own revision is your responsibility. Sharing a question or a deck with other people, by link, image or file, or publishing an export, may require permission from whoever owns that material, and you are solely responsible for having it.
When you share a question or a deck with a link, it is stored on our server for 30 days so that anyone with the link can open it, and then it is deleted. You keep ownership of it; you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store it and show it to the people who open the link, for that period and only for that purpose.
The sample questions the App adds when you first set it up are ours. You may use them for your own study inside the App; they are not included in your exports and backups, and you may not redistribute or sell them.
ReMemory schedules reviews and tracks your progress to help you study. It does not guarantee any exam result, admission, pass mark or score.
The exam list, exam names, subject lists and typical exam dates are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm dates, rules and syllabuses with the official body that runs your exam.
When you choose an exam during set-up, the App may add a small set of sample questions so you can try reviewing before you add your own. They were written for practice in the style of that exam. They are not official exam questions, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam authority or publisher, and may contain mistakes. They do not count towards your reviews, streak or statistics, and you can remove them from your Library at any time. The practice cards shown during set-up are the same kind of material.
The questions in the Feed are written for practice in the same way. They are not official exam questions and may contain mistakes, and the characters who comment on them are AI personas, not real students.
Subject suggestions, step-by-step explanations and practice questions are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or based on a misread photo. They are labelled as AI content in the App. Check every AI answer against your own photo and a reliable source before relying on it; you remain responsible for what you learn and submit.
AI features depend on a third-party service, may have daily limits, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. How requests are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
Anyone who opens a shared link can report it. We may remove a shared link that is reported or that breaks these terms, without notice; a link reported by several people is removed automatically.
The free version of ReMemory shows ads in the Feed. You can also choose to watch a video ad to unlock more questions. Ads may not always be available, and the number of free questions, ads and unlocks may change. ReMemory Pro shows no ads. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
ReMemory offers an optional subscription, ReMemory Pro, together with any trial or promotional offer shown in the App. Prices are shown before you buy and are charged to your Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel them in Google Play > Subscriptions; uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. When Pro ends, automatic Google Drive backups stop; backups already in your Drive stay there.
The core study features, capturing questions, reviewing them and seeing your statistics, do not require a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
Your collection is stored on your device. We do not host a copy and cannot recover it if your phone is lost, reset or replaced, or if you delete the App or its data. A question or deck you share with a link is kept on our server for only 30 days and is not a backup.
Backups and exports are saved to the Documents/ReMemory folder on your phone (on older Android versions, to a location you choose). With ReMemory Pro you can also turn on an automatic Google Drive backup, which is kept in your own Google Drive under Google's terms; we cannot access it or recover it for you. Automatic backups need Wi-Fi, free space in your Drive and your continued permission, so they can be delayed or fail; the App shows when the last backup was made.
You are responsible for making backups, checking that they are current, keeping them safe and restoring them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data lost because a backup was never made, failed, was incomplete or was deleted.
We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes with each revision, and significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use ReMemory after a change means you accept the updated terms.
ReMemory is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReMemory and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, exam results or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.
We may suspend or end your access to Pro features, AI features or link sharing if you violate these terms. Your study material on your device remains yours and stays accessible to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.
